JT RecTec

JT RecTec is a German manufacturer of self-propelled compost turners for professional windrow composting, biological drying and microbial soil remediation. The company focuses on machines that help operators control the composting process through efficient mixing, aeration and material loosening.

For recycling companies, composting plants, municipalities and biomass processors, compost quality depends on the right turning technology. JT RecTec compost turners are designed to improve oxygen supply, support even decomposition and help produce a stable, high-quality end product.

The product range includes electric eTurner models and high-capacity diesel machines. The eTurner E380 and eTurner E530 are fully electric compost turners for low-emission and low-noise operation. They are well suited for modern composting sites where sustainability, energy efficiency and operator safety are important.

For larger sites, the JT580 and JT630 offer high turning capacity for demanding windrow composting operations. These machines are designed for professional use in green waste, bio-waste, organic recycling and industrial composting applications.

Key advantages of JT RecTec compost turners:

• Efficient windrow turning and aeration
• Gentle material handling for better compost quality
• Electric models for zero local emissions
• High-capacity models for large composting sites
• Radio-controlled operation
• Semi-autonomous functions
• Strong focus on operator safety and process efficiency
